Sometimes, it helps to pause and gently ask yourself, “What is the purpose of all this?”
Look at longer time perspective, because even though it looks fine today it can change in the long run.
Which values are guiding our behaviour? For instance now in the technology-obsessed time? Is it speed or flourishing?
The deeper purpose of human life is flourishing, will the tech help us with that?
