TIDES Workshop Introduction
The TIDES workshop is a practical, facilitated session designed for all staff across the organisation to strengthen how we work together—day to day and under pressure. It creates a shared language for discussing what’s working well, what’s getting in the way, and what to change next so collaboration becomes more consistent, effective, and sustainable.
TIDES is a team-development framework built around five core elements: Acceptance, Adaptation, Connection, Consideration, and Synthesis. Together, these themes guide reflection on team habits, communication patterns, decision-making, and how individuals show up for one another and the work.
This workshop is for everyone—individual contributors, people managers, project teams, and cross-functional groups—who want to build trust, improve coordination, and create clearer ways of working. Whether we’re navigating growth, change, recurring friction, or simply aiming to raise performance, TIDES helps participants align on expectations and strengthen the everyday behaviours that support the whole group.
Through structured discussion and reflection, participants will identify strengths and friction points, explore how current ways of working map to the TIDES elements, and convert insights into action. The outcome is not just conversation—it’s a set of practical agreements, next steps, and ownership that staff can apply immediately to improve collaboration and collective impact.
