Good leadership fosters growth, trust, and unity. I follow three leadership themes, called the TGW Framework, which stands for Trust, Growth, and Well-being.
The TGW Framework provides a simple structure for leaders to reflect on and strengthen the key qualities of effective leadership.
Trust means creating an environment where people feel safe, respected, and able to communicate openly.
Growth focuses on learning and development, and on encouraging team members to improve their skills and achieve their goals.
Well-being is about supporting the overall health, balance, and satisfaction of everyone on the team.
I intentionally work to strengthen these pillars for long-term success. Anchoring my leadership style in the TGW Framework guides me and others to thrive.
