Reflection with inspiration from Iceland
Presentation – Contributions to This World by Guðbjörg Eggertsdóttir
Questions that help us contribute meaningfully to the world often invite reflection, compassion, and creativity. They open space for awareness and action. Some powerful ones include:
Mind (Awareness & Understanding)
- What truth am I not seeing clearly right now?
- How can I learn from this moment or challenge?
- What systems or patterns am I part of, and how do they affect others?
- What assumptions am I making that might limit my perspective?
Body (Action & Presence)
- What does my body need to feel balanced and strong today?
- How can I bring more vitality and care into my daily actions?
- What small, tangible step can I take to improve my environment or community?
- How can I align my work with the natural rhythms of life?
Heart (Compassion & Connection)
- What does kindness look like in this situation?
- How can I listen more deeply—to others, to nature, to myself?
- Who or what needs my care and attention right now?
- How can I act from love rather than fear?
Collective (Systems & Legacy)
- What kind of world do we want to leave for future generations?
- How can we design systems that nurture wellbeing for all beings?
- What would change if we measured success by harmony instead of profit?
- How can we collaborate across differences to create shared flourishing?
These questions don’t demand quick answers—they invite ongoing inquiry and conscious living.
