Creativity can be unlocked it can be boosted with the correct environment. When you are creating you are in an energy stream therefore the environment can be supporting.
The leadership style is also important to have an open mind and not too much control.
Pause your thoughts once in a while and use your intuition try to visual things use mind map is excellent.
