Can be very helpful especially when something is not as it seems there are hidden forces underneath. Mapping can make it more obvious, mapping tasks and processes but metaphors help us too see the bigger picture. All visual management helps to see things clearly. Metaphors let us look deeper into things. All images open up for the intuition.
